When you create an account, we collect:

• Payment information (processed by Stripe; we do not store card details)

When you use the Service, we collect:

• Your voice profile data (business information you choose to provide: business name, one-liner, audience, tone, avoid words, current goal)
• Messages you send to our AI agents
• Usage data (which agents you use, how often, message counts, for enforcing your monthly limit)
• Technical data (IP address, browser type, device information)

We use your information to:

• Provide the Service and process your subscription
• Personalize AI agent responses using your voice profile
• Send you service updates and billing notices (you can opt out of marketing, not essential account/billing emails)
• Improve the Service based on aggregate usage patterns
• Comply with legal obligations

Agent Team FT uses Lovable's AI Gateway to power our AI agents. When you send a message to an agent, the message and your relevant voice profile data are sent for processing to generate your response. This data is processed according to the AI provider's own privacy and data usage terms; it is not used to train models beyond generating your response.

We use the following third-party services:

• Lovable AI Gateway (AI processing)
• Stripe (payment processing)
• Lovable Cloud (database hosting and authentication)

Your data is stored on Lovable Cloud servers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.

You have the right to:

• Access your data
• Correct inaccurate data (editable anytime from your voice profile settings)
• Delete your data
• Export your data
• Object to processing

If you are in the European Union, these rights are guaranteed under GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
